Child Centered Activities

Developmentally appropriate child-centered activities focus on skills and practices that enable lifelong learning and independent problem-solving. We implement a wide variety of educational programs, learning experiences, instructional approaches, and academic-support strategies that are intended to address the needs, interests, aspirations, or cultural backgrounds of every student

STRUCTURE & INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION

Children respond to routine, structure, and repetition. Each classroom follows a schedule, establishes routines throughout the day, sets developmentally appropriate limits, and gives all of the children simple instructions to be successful.

There is nothing more satisfying and fulfilling for children than to be able to express themselves openly and without judgment. The ability to be creative can reflect and nurture children’s emotional health.

Students thrive because we understand that every child is an individual. Learning happens differently for every child. We individualize each child’s educational experience in order to accommodate those differences. We meet children where they are at.
